What are your hours?
We prefer to give you our undivided attention by scheduling private appointments Monday through Friday at your convenience (as early as 8am until as late as 8pm)  To give you the most options, however, we are also open on Saturdays from 11am to 5pm and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm for both appointments and walk-ins.

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are needed for weekdays.  An appointment is recommended but not necessary on weekends.

Should I bring anything with me?
You don't need to bring anything, but we do recommend a strapless bra and a pair of shoes the same heel-height you would like to wear at your wedding.  Cameras are welcome, too.

Can I take photos?
Of course! We'll even help you take photos if you come to shop on your own, and we're happy to provide you with any information that we have on gown, including designer, style, and year.

How much do your dresses cost?
Much less than you'll pay for the same gowns at other boutiques!  Once-wed dresses are generally priced at 50% or less of their new retail price, and new gowns at 75% or less of their original retail price.  We do our best to provide an excellent selection of gowns at prices from $200 to $1500, and will work with you to find a beautiful dress that fits your budget.

Do you rent dresses?
We are not able to rent dresses at this time, however we do give priority to our clients for consignment as well as an additional 10% on consignment.  

What forms of payment do you accept?
Blue Sky Bridal accepts Visa, Mastercard, and checks with ID.  

What is your return policy?
We regret that all sales are final.  If you buy a dress from Blue Sky Bridal, however, you are entitled to an extra 10% on consignment, or 60% of the sale price, as well as priority for consignment.

How do I sell my dress at Blue Sky Bridal?
We accept clean gowns and accessories that are less than five years old on a space available basis.  If you have a dress that you would like to place on consignment, please send an email to info@blueskybridal.com.

How much do you charge?
There is no fee to leave a gown on consignment.  When your dress is sold, you are sent a check for 50% of the agreed upon sale price (60% if the gown was purchased from us).  If your gown is not sold by the end of the contract period, it is returned to you or may be re-consigned.  A price is mutually agreed upon when the gown is dropped off and is never changed or discounted without your permission.

Does my dress have to be cleaned?
The short answer is yes.  The longer answer is it depends.  Nearly all wedding dresses can only be dry-cleaned, and the chemicals used in dry-cleaning are terrible for the environment.  So, we try to do what we can and look at each dress individually.  In some cases the cleaning can be waived or postponed, and the dress will be priced lower to reflect that.
